Upon receipt of your notification, GoldEvil undertakes to:

  • If the complaint is justified, take appropriate measures, including removing or disabling the disputed content.
  • Notify the user who posted the content so that they can file a counter-notification, if applicable.

Processing time : A complete claim will be reviewed within 5-10 business days.

If you are the author of content that was removed following a complaint and you believe that this action is unjustified, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of prosecution for false statement affirming that you believe in good faith that the content was removed in error.
  • A declaration of consent to accept the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
  • An electronic or physical signature of the person submitting the counter-notification.

GoldEvil has a strict zero tolerance policy for repeat violations. In the event of a repeat violation (more than two confirmed violations), we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the user's access to our site.
