Terms and Conditions of Use for the GoldEvil Website
Preamble
These terms and conditions are entered into by:
- The manager of the website, hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher",
- Any individual wishing to access the site and its services, hereinafter referred to as the "User."
Article 1 – Principles
The purpose of these terms and conditions of use is to provide a legal framework for the use of the GoldEvil website and its services.

These terms and conditions of use are entered into for an indefinite period. The contract takes effect for the User upon the start of their use of the service.
GoldEvil reserves the right to modify the clauses of these terms at any time without justification.
(Users will be informed of changes to these terms via email or a notification on the website 15 days before the modifications take effect.)
In case of disagreement with the updated terms, the User has the option to delete their account.
Article 3 – Access to the Site
Any User with internet access can freely access the GoldEvil site from anywhere. The costs incurred by the User to access the site (internet connection, hardware, etc.) are not borne by the Publisher.
The site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, particularly for maintenance purposes, without prior notice or justification.
The User has access to the following services: Clothing and Accessories.
The site includes a member area accessible to registered Users, who can log in using their credentials.
Services reserved for members include: Management of a standard customer account.
Article 4 – Responsibilities
The Publisher's responsibility cannot be engaged in cases of failure, malfunction, or interruption of the site or its features.
The User is solely responsible for the equipment used to connect to the site and must take all appropriate measures to protect their hardware and data from internet-based threats such as viruses. The User is also solely responsible for the websites and data they consult.
The Publisher cannot be held liable in case of legal actions against the User due to:

- Their failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
The Publisher is not liable for damages caused to the User, third parties, and/or the User’s equipment due to their connection to or use of the site. The User waives any action against the Publisher as a result.
If the Publisher is subject to amicable or judicial proceedings due to the User's use of the site, they may seek compensation from the User for all damages, costs, and fees incurred.
The User is permitted to publish on the GoldEvil website:
- Customer reviews.
The User agrees to use respectful language towards others and the law. They accept that their publications may be moderated or refused by the Publisher without justification.
By publishing on GoldEvil, the User grants the Publisher the necessary rights to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, disseminate, and distribute the published content. This transfer of rights is free of charge and valid for five years. The Publisher agrees to credit the author when using their publication.
The Publisher reserves the right to moderate or delete reviews that violate applicable laws or infringe upon third-party rights.
Article 5 – Intellectual Property
All technical documents, products, photographs, texts, logos, drawings, videos, etc., are protected by copyright and governed by the Intellectual Property Code. When provided to clients, they remain the exclusive property of MARATIER Jimmy EI, who holds all intellectual property rights to these materials and may request their return.
Users agree not to reproduce, publish, share, or exploit these materials without prior written authorization from the Publisher, even for personal use. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability.
Article 6 – Hyperlinks
The Publisher authorizes the creation of hyperlinks to any part of the website, provided they do not harm the Publisher's interests, image, or violate current legislation. Requests to create hyperlinks should be sent to the Publisher at contact@goldevil.com.
The Publisher disclaims responsibility for the content of third-party sites linked to GoldEvil, whether these links were authorized or not.
