This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the website www.goldevil.com.

1. Processing and Production Times
In accordance with Article 4 of the Terms and Conditions, GoldEvil products are custom-made for each order. The production time generally ranges from 3 to 12 business days. These times may vary depending on order volume, specific periods (holidays, high demand), or exceptional circumstances (force majeure, as outlined in Article 16 of the Terms and Conditions).
Indicative production times by country are listed on each product page and are reiterated during order confirmation.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times after shipment are specified in Articles 11 and 12 of the Terms and Conditions. As an estimate, they are:

France (Metropolitan and Corsica): 3 to 10 business days after shipment

Europe (European Union): 3 to 12 business days after shipment

Maximum Time: Delivery will occur no later than 30 business days after the conclusion of the contract.
These times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the time of year or delays beyond GoldEvil's control.
3. Shipping Costs
In accordance with Article 9 of the Terms and Conditions, the displayed price includes shipping. Shipping is therefore free for all orders delivered in France and Europe, with no minimum purchase required. Currently, no deliveries outside the European Union are offered.
4. Order Tracking
Upon shipment, GoldEvil will send the buyer a confirmation email containing a tracking number (Colissimo, postal carrier). The buyer can track the progress of their package on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Zones
GoldEvil exclusively delivers to Metropolitan France, Corsica, and the European Union. For deliveries to French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), please contact customer service at contact@goldevil.com before placing an order.
6. Taxes and Customs Duties
Deliveries to France and Europe are not subject to additional customs fees. All prices include taxes (TTC).
7. Delivery Issues
In case of a delivery problem (delay, lost package, damaged package), the buyer is invited to contact GoldEvil at contact@goldevil.com, providing their order number. The procedures for claims and handling delivery errors are described in Article 13 of the Terms and Conditions. GoldEvil is committed to promptly assisting the buyer in resolving the issue.
8. Address Changes
If the buyer needs to modify the delivery address after placing an order, they must contact GoldEvil as soon as possible at contact@goldevil.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, GoldEvil will make every effort to accommodate the change. Once the order has been shipped, no address changes can be made.
9. Returned Packages
If a package is returned to GoldEvil due to an incorrect, incomplete address or repeated absence of the recipient, the reshipping costs will be borne by the buyer, in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of the Terms and Conditions. The buyer is encouraged to carefully verify the delivery information before finalizing the order.
